Avant la visite, elles ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une visite de la galerie en format court avec des questions interactives et une pr\u00e9sentation en format long avec des activit\u00e9s attrayantes. L'\u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e \u00e0 faire une pr\u00e9sentation lors d'un evenement d'<em> Energize Bridgewater\u00a0<\/em>dans le style Pecha Kucha. La promotion des \u00e9v\u00e9nements a commenc\u00e9 un mois plus t\u00f4t par des messages sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux et par la prise de contact avec les fournisseurs de services partenaires, et s'est poursuivie \u00e0 l'arriv\u00e9e des membres de l'\u00e9quipe par la mise en place de d\u00e9pliants dans les lieux tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les objectifs des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de sensibilisation de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9taient multiples :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9coutez les points de vue des membres de la communaut\u00e9 sur notre travail et d\u00e9couvrez ce que les gens consid\u00e8rent comme prioritaire ;<\/li>\n<li>Identifier comment transformer les r\u00e9sultats dans un format accessible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>First, the gallery walk was set up in the LCLC, a central community location with a public library and important sports facilities. Each slide was accompanied by a question sheet on which we invited participants to write their thoughts and questions or dot vote. This provided us with important insights into what the community was thinking and feeling, as well as what they found most striking about the research.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/myleneriva.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Image1-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next, team members presented their results on Friday and Saturday. This presentation included interactive activities, which helped engage participants and hear more about what they thought about the results. One of the activities is &#8220;idea basketball,&#8221; which is a way to receive feedback, thoughts, and questions anonymously.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/myleneriva.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/1000029278-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The team was also able to present in the style of Pecha Kucha (a limit of 15 slides with only 15 seconds to present on each) at a community presentation night organized by Energize Bridgewater.
